With additional offices in Europe and other U.S. locations, the company has been growing approximately 25% year over year, and is poised for significant growth over the next several years.
Role Overview
The Sr. Director of Brand will lead and evolve the company's global brand strategy. Reporting to the SVP of Global Growth, this role involves overseeing brand development across all facets of the business, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives and the evolving needs of both customers and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of global brand strategy in partnership with the brand agency
- Foster cross-business alignment on brand perception and messaging
- Make strategic decisions about brand investments across product experience, support, and marketing
- Define and prioritize brand objectives and key results
- Improve methods for measuring progress against brand goals
- Collaborate with Global Product, Marketing Analytics, and International teams
- Oversee the company's Brand Studio to ensure creative delivery of brand voice
- Act as the Global Brand Strategy thought-leader and evangelist
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in global brand strategy and managing brand consistency across different geographies
- Expertise in B2C digital marketing and e-commerce
- Strong background in creative thinking and innovative brand positioning
- Experience in selecting and managing outside agencies
- Some background in product or strong experience working with product design
- Proven track record of developing managers and senior contributors
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong ability to evaluate opportunities based on business impact and cost
Compensation
- Base salary range of $196,000 - $261,000 for the greater Seattle area
- 20% annual bonus +long term incentive plan
